Who can open an account?
You must be legally able to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction, complete identity verification (KYC), and meet any minimum-age requirements that apply. Availability of products may vary by region and applicable regulation.
Is Vantrex Trade a broker or an exchange?
Vantrex Trade provides software and connectivity for copy trading and portfolio management. Orders are routed, executed, settled, and custodied through regulated partner providers. Vantrex Trade does not provide personalized investment advice through this FAQ.
How do I register?

What is KYC and why is it required?
Know Your Customer (KYC) helps verify your identity and comply with anti-money-laundering rules. You may be asked for government ID, proof of address, and a selfie or liveness check depending on your region and account activity.
How do I reset my password or secure my account?
Use the password reset flow on the sign-in page. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) and never sharing your credentials, 2FA codes, or recovery codes — our team will never ask for them.
